2008 has been a year of changes for us here at Cimmaron.
With Chuck's retirement the summer of 2007 we had begun looking
toward moving to warmer climates with LESS SNOW! In January of 2008
we sold the home we had lied in for 37 years and in March moved across
four states to Kansas. We settled into a very small town called
Miller which has not even got it's own post office.

The moved meant the dissolving of our partnership with Jen and
Matt Laganiere. They kept the DragonBreath name we had been breeding
together under and part of the Hollands and most of the Velveteens.

Since arriving in Kansas our showing has been very limited as the
house we bought was in great need of renovation. We have been
breeding again and have some really really nice dilute Hollands to show
for our limited number of litters.

We also have a new herd sire in Cimmaron Refrigerator a wonderful
young Broken Blue Tort buck who is Chocolate factored and has given
us the first Lilac Tortoise we have had in years.

We have also added a Black Tort buck (yes Sarrah still really is
NOT found of the color) who just had so much to offers. He just finished
his Grand Championship and his first kids are here.

We will continue to work in the dilute palette for awhile and add
chocolate family if the quality presents itself in our litters.

If you are tired of Tort, Tort and
more Black Torts !!
Drop us a line and
add a little color to your herd
!
